Striving to Create a Representative Workforce!
Our goal is to provide an enriched educational experience for our students
through expanding the diversity of our workforce.
We want our students to see themselves reflected in the adults who work with them.
Living Sky School Division is committed to the development of a Representative Workforce. This involves recruiting and retaining personnel who typify Saskatchewan's working age population at all levels of the organization.
The Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission has approved employment equity programs for the following groups: women in non-traditional occupations, persons of Aboriginal ancestry (Indian, Metis and Inuit), persons with physical and mental disabilities, and members of visible minority groups.
You may choose to self-declare on our application form. The data collected will help us to analyze our hiring processes and monitor our progress toward achieving a representative workforce.
If you value inclusion and see diversity as an opportunity, we want to hear from you!
If you experience any difficulty with the application process, please feel free to contact Human Resources at 306-937-7908.
